Monthly consumption reports and Shelly integration
How are you? Now that you are back from your summer holidays, or before you head off, we bring you our monthly round-up of the latest developments in our solutions. Over the past month we have made progress on the integration of Shelly smart devices and on the creation of the monthly reports you can send to your customers.
Monthly reports: useful information for your customers
We have launched a new Monthly reports feature. On the 5th of each month, your customers will receive an email with a clear, straightforward summary of their energy consumption, so they can better understand their habits, anticipate their spending and discover personalised recommendations to optimise their consumption. The report also includes smart calls to action based on the user's type of installation, prompting them to download the app or view their installation's information in real time in the app.
If you would like to enable this new feature for your users, get in touch with our customer support team.
See the full documentation on this feature.
Shelly integration
We have improved the Shelly integration to enable the management of smart devices for monitoring and controlling energy consumption.
Once set up, the user will be able to see the connected device's consumption data in real time from the app, along with a switch that lets them turn it off or on remotely.
See the full documentation on this feature.
Notifications users receive in the app
We would like to remind you of some features you already have available, such as the notifications users receive through the app. Here are some of the main notifications:
- First consumption (consumption data ready): for new customer sign-ups, who receive this notification when their first consumption data is detected.
- Consumption threshold (spending limit): the user will receive this notification when their consumption exceeds the limit in kWh they have set.
- Surplus alert (surplus alert): users with solar installations will receive this notification when they have fed a significant amount of energy back into the grid.
- Support update (support update): notifies the user that there is a support response to their request.
See the full documentation on notifications.
