Explained bill, virtual wallet and virtual battery, and contract viewer
We listened to you and we keep evolving our apps
Clevergy's apps already provided very valuable information about consumption and included useful modules, such as disaggregation and the household comparator. However, end users kept saying it over and over: *"I want to see my bill", "How can I review my contract?" and "What is my virtual wallet balance?"*
Customers want to view their bill in a clear way, understand how much they pay and what their money is spent on, review the terms of their contract without complications and see the balance of their virtual wallet without having to download the bill. All in the same place, always as clearly as possible.
These key features were not fully integrated. Utilities could see some useful data, but what really mattered to users remained scattered. This created confusion and led many customers to contact support to access information that, in reality, should be available in a single click.
At Clevergy we listened to utilities and their customers, and we have launched three new modules that answer these demands: the explained bill, the virtual wallet and virtual battery, and the contract viewer.
Explained bill: understand every cent
The new explained bill lets users explore their bills in a clear and simple way. Every cost is explained, providing clarity and removing confusion, along with saving tips for each section.
*"Before, they used to call us constantly to ask about the charges on their bills. Now, with the new explained bill, everything is much clearer."* — Marta, manager at a utility that uses Clevergy.
Virtual wallet/battery: check the balance
With the Virtual Wallet, your customers will be able to check their balance and view their transaction history without having to download the bill. This gives them a clear view of what they have generated with their solar surplus and lets them manage their earnings easily.
In addition, offering your customers a virtual balance that they can deduct from their bills can be a great tool for running promotions and marketing campaigns.
Where can that virtual balance come from? It can be generated in two ways
- Energy surplus: customers with solar panels that produce more energy than they consume build up a balance.
- Promotions or referrals: a balance can also be built up through promotions or referrals to friends.
Contract viewer: total transparency
Your customers will be able to access their contracts from the app. Everything they need to know about the terms and conditions will be a single click away, removing the need for unnecessary enquiries.
*"Making it easy for customers to check their contracts directly is a win for the utility and for the user. Fewer doubts, more trust."* — Alejandro Ramírez, Product Manager at Clevergy.
The contract data can come from 4 different sources:
- Integration with Datadis
- From your ERP
- From your API connected to Clevergy
- Created manually from the Portal
