Clevergy launches an Alexa skill
At Clevergy, we are proud to present the first Alexa skill in Spain designed by us to help users understand their home energy consumption patterns and, in doing so, make informed decisions that allow them to save effectively on their electricity bill.
By saying "Alexa, open my energy manager", users will experience detailed control over their home energy spending, will be able to check the daily electricity rate and will receive valuable tips to optimise consumption in their homes. Delving into the trends and the various variables that influence energy consumption will allow users to manage their spending more effectively, contributing directly to reducing CO2 emissions and promoting sustainable energy use. To analyse spending on a specific date or over a given period, simply say "Alexa, open my energy manager and tell me my consumption from 1 July 2023 to 15 August 2023". In addition, within the Skill, the functionality also provides the ability to discover which appliance has consumed the most at home over the last month ("Alexa, tell me the appliance that spends the most"). To enjoy this new Clevergy Skill and a complete experience, you need to link your Clevergy account with Alexa. The newly launched experience is completely free and can be enjoyed both from the Alexa app and on devices with Alexa built in, such as Echo or Fire TV.
The Clevergy Skill also offers practical energy-saving tips that can be implemented in everyday life ("Alexa, open my energy manager and tell me how to save on my electricity bill"). It also provides information on the daily energy rate for better spending management based on the daily price ("Alexa, open my energy manager and tell me the price of electricity").
