2024 has been a good year for Clevergy. We started the year with a funding round that allowed us to grow the team and take on new challenges.
It has been an intense year of strong growth in sales and business volume and, across all our customers, we now manage almost 1 million supply points. We have been alongside you these months, always listening to your suggestions and comments, improving our solutions to make our apps an ever-better product.
It's official: monitoring consumption = saving
We have recently published a study carried out with the consumption data of almost 50,000 households, with an important conclusion: the users who use our apps the most are the ones who save the most. This increases their satisfaction and how happy they are with the services that you, utilities and installers, provide them.
New features and developments: improving your operations and your customers' satisfaction
It has been a year packed with new features. On the one hand, we have launched the operations portal, which has allowed us to release more complete features such as support management, installation monitoring with alarms, and energy communities. On the user side, we have included more data sources to better understand their energy consumption, such as distributors, several inverters, and an improved version of the integration of Shelly smart devices. All of this leaves us in a very interesting position for 2025, where we will make consumption information more visible, enable device control, and launch a smart battery charging pilot to improve your customers' self-consumption.
Saving time is also saving energy
Our solutions also save time in resolving incidents, because you have all your users' data on our platform, but they also make it easier for your customers to find the information they are looking for, saving hours of support.
Sustainability is everyone's responsibility, and that is why we too have been optimising processes, avoiding unnecessary consumption from the servers and services we use. And we look ahead to 2025 knowing that we will talk a lot about energy communities, batteries, and smart charging, with new features and developments that are already on our roadmap.
