Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our product company. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with customers to help them integrate our solutions into their daily operations. You will help them during the full lifecycle from onboarding through trouble shooting problems and finding new features. You will represent the voice of the customer inside Clevergy.

The product we offer to help your customers achieve this is our app or modules. These tools can be customized with their branding, providing them with an innovative technology that allows them to generate automatic energy efficiency KPIs. These KPIs will help their customers understand, optimize, and manage their energy consumption effectively. By using our app, our clients can retain their own customers, sell energy-efficient installations, and create a brand image that sets them apart from other companies in the market.
What will you do?
- Implementation Project Management: Lead the execution of technological projects, ensuring the proper implementation of our solutions with clients’ systems.
- Client Management: Work directly with our clients to understand their needs, share new features, and ensure value delivery.
- Technical Team Coordination: Collaborate with development teams to ensure the proper implementation of Clevergy’s offered products..
- Process Standardization: Implement and improve internal processes to ensure the relationship with customers are managed efficiently and scalably.
- Communication: Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about customer happiness, resolving issues, and proposing solutions.
What are we looking for?
- Experience: 4-8 years managing technological projects, preferably in API implementations, services, and web applications.
- Client Orientation: Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical clients, translating needs into tangible solutions.
- Previous experience in one of:
- Consulting: Previous experience in tech consulting, managing projects with clients.
- Customer Success Manager: Previous experience in a Customer Success Team in a SaaS product with an integration component.
- Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and close projects, managing teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of API and Web architectures; you don’t need to be a developer but must understand the fundamentals.
- Languages: Spanish and English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Hands on mentality and proactive.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
